Before Therapy:

This picture is showing a tongue thrust or incorrect swallow pattern as the tongue pushes forward through the teeth.

After Therapy:

After 4 months of Oromyofunctional therapy the swallow pattern has been corrected and is contained within the palatal area and not on any teeth as the swallow happens. No tongue protrusion is seen during the swallow.
