Take I-25 to the Belleview Exit. Go East on Belleview, through the light at Ulster. Just past Ulster, take an immediate right into the parking lot of Centrum Healthcare Center. CCOM is on the fourth floor of the East Tower, the taller of the two medical office buildings.
