The overall goal of Orofacial Myology is to assist in the correction and elimination of these behaviors. Through exercises performed by the patient for a few minutes, three times a day, correct lip, tongue and jaw postures can be achieved. Lasting results are often dramatic, occur in about a four-month period and are sustainable over a lifetime.
